Christmas...

This year we had two Christmases. One happened at 8:00 in the morning on Christmas day. We had our annual Christmas pictures of us standing as the kids by the stairs waiting anxiously to see what Santa brought us. We then opened our presents like we do every year. A little later in the afternoon Ammon's friends Ron and John came over to spend Christmas day and evening with us. We decided to split up into two groups (boys vs. girls) and played Cori's new CSI game. Of course we kicked the boys butts! Then the boys went and got the kids from Riverton and our second Christmas began. We ate a nice family dinner and then watched the kids open their Christmas presents. After all this, we went downstairs and spent the rest of the night playing games on John's wii.On Christmas Eve I was given the small couch to sleep on. I couldn't get comfortable on it and so I ended up curling up on the floor wedged inbetween the small couch and the matress that Cori brought up for her and Whitney to sleep on. It really was more comfortable than it looks!

For Christmas I tried to think of something good to give to my family. With being big into genealogy I decided to make books for everyone with the life histories of a bunch of our ancestors. The really cool part was that I took the video that was made of my dad a year or so before he died and I typed it out and put that in... here is Whits opening that present...
