Happy 17th Birthday Nick...

We ended up celebrating Nick's 17th birthday a few days after his real birthday since it was on a Wednesday. Whitney wanted to give him a cowboy themed party and it was pretty fun. We went shopping the day before and found a few props to use. I loved the cute cowboy boot glasses! We decided to make our own cake for this party and Whitney did an amazing job decorating it! We got dressed up, took our fun pictures, watched the Jonas Brother's concert and just had a blast with the kids! Here are a few of the pictures that we took of the party...

Pirate Island....

We decided to take the kids to Pirate Island for lunch today. It just so happened that it was National Talk Like a Pirate day.... Free drinks were given to those who talked like a pirate. Lilly was scared at first because of the noises... After eating we took the kids over to play some games in the arcade. They LOVED the games. Labor Day...

For Labor Day we went to the final concert of the summer season at the SCERA Shell. We had the kids for the weekend so we brought them along and invited Kim and her friend Jenny to come along with us. The concert was Take 6...
